Marketing Technology SpecialistA leading law firm is seeking a Marketing Technology Specialist based in Century City. The Specialist will oversee the maintenance and optimization of the firm's website and CRM system (DealCloud), and will play a key role in implementing and expanding firmwide marketing technology initiatives — a great fit for a marketing professional who enjoys a mix of creativity, technology, and data-driven decision-making.Core responsibilities include CRM configuration, user access, data governance, and integrations, along with data-quality initiatives like deduplication, remediation, and ongoing database maintenance. The role also involves developing training materials to boost attorney and legal assistant engagement with the CRM, evaluating legal industry website trends, and managing marketing technology tied to events, email campaigns, and RSVP tracking. The Specialist tracks and reports on website data to inform business development initiatives, manages project timelines, and partners with the Chief Marketing and Business Development Officer on content like client alerts and social media posts.Candidates should have at least 2 years of marketing technology experience and a solid understanding of website analytics, SEO, AI tools, and data management best practices. The role is non-exempt, based in Century City with an onsite-heavy hybrid schedule (5 days onsite for the first 30 days, then 4 days onsite/1 remote), with a base salary of $80,000–$95,000.
