Service Porter

Dealership: L0240 BMW of Salem BMW of Salem Service Porter Pay: $18-$20 per hour Schedule: Monday-Friday 7:30 am to 4:30 PM. BMW of Salem is seeking a reliable, customer-focused Service Porter to join our growing team. This is a dynamic, hands‑on role that plays a critical part in delivering an exceptional experience for every customer who visits our service department. What You’ll Do Warmly greet and assist customers as they arrive in the service drive. Provide a professional and welcoming first impression. Relocate vehicles safely between service lanes, shop, and parking areas. Maintain cleanliness of service areas (housekeeping duties). Wash and vacuum vehicles after service to ensure a high-quality delivery experience. Support technicians and service advisors with general lot and operational needs. Assist in keeping inventory and parking areas organized and presentable. What You Will Bring Strong customer service skills and a positive, professional attitude. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. Ability to safely operate both automatic and manual transmission vehicles (manual is a strong advantage). Prior dealership experience in a similar role is preferred, but not required.
