Registered Nurse OB/GYN

Job Summary:

Responsibilities:

• 
  Assess and monitor maternal and fetal well-being using Electronic Fetal Monitoring (EFM).
  
  
• 
  Administer medications, perform neonatal resuscitation, and stabilize newborns as needed.
  
  
• 
  Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  
  
• 
  Educate patients and families about labor, delivery, and postpartum care.
  
  
• 
  Maintain accurate documentation of clinical observations, interventions, and patient responses.
  
  
• 
  Adhere to safety protocols and certification requirements, including Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) and Basic Life Support (BLS).
  
  

Qualifications:

• 
  Hold a current nursing license valid in the state of assignment.
  
  
• 
  Possess at least two years of recent experience in Labor and Delivery and Newborn care.
  
  
• 
  Maintain current BLS certification; NRP certification preferred.
  
  
• 
  Demonstrate proficiency in Electronic Fetal Monitoring (EFM) and STABLE practices.
  
  
• 
  Proven ability to work effectively in high-pressure obstetric environments.
