Security Practice Director

Leading the growth and operational excellence of the security practice, the full-time Director, Security Practice will manage consulting, professional services, and managed security offerings remotely while aligning business objectives and sales strategy with client needs. Key responsibilities Lead the strategic direction and day-to-day operations of the security practice, focusing on service development and revenue attainment Partner with sales teams to qualify opportunities and develop account strategies for security solutions Oversee delivery quality and customer satisfaction across security engagements, including assessments and managed services Required qualifications 7+ years of experience in cybersecurity or related technology services, with leadership or practice management experience Demonstrated expertise in email security, SASE, endpoint security, and SOC/MDR solutions Strong business acumen in practice operations and service delivery management Experience leading pre-sales activities and developing proposals Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field
