Key Responsibilities\n

As an LMFT, you will play a vital role in our therapeutic team, focusing on the following key responsibilities:

• Conduct therapy sessions with couples, while also addressing individual concerns to provide comprehensive care.

• Develop tailored treatment plans to assist families in overcoming various issues, such as substance abuse, grief processing, and communication breakdowns.

• Facilitate sessions tackling conflicts among family members, including separation and divorce adjustments and blended family dynamics.

• Utilize proven therapeutic techniques to assess and support clients facing job stress, medical issues, and relationship challenges.

• Maintain accurate and confidential records of patient progress to monitor therapy effectiveness and follow up as necessary.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic approach to each client’s treatment pathway.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will primarily focus on working with diverse families, couples, and individuals, including adults and children/adolescents. This entails addressing a wide range of mental health issues ranging from alcohol and drug dependency to complex emotional distress related to grief and loss, ensuring patients receive compassionate care tailored to their unique circumstances.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

Compensation and Benefits\n
