• Conducting hierarchical appeals under the T division (excluding health and safety) - conducting related counter-investigations - following the different phases of administrative and contentious procedures
• Conducting contentious appeals under the T division (excluding health and safety) - writing related briefs - following the different phases of administrative and contentious procedures
• Conducting administrative penalty dossiers - preparing related decisions - following the different phases of administrative and contentious procedures

* Conducting penalty dossiers related to professional equality - preparing related decisions - following the different phases of administrative and contentious procedures • Other activities: contributing to the specialized support activity of the service, including: Collective work: information visits in DDETS/PP, webinars, publications...
