Job Title Mairie de Chancelade is recruiting a full-time versatile agent, with a 50% distribution of work time at the town hall reception and 50% as a human resources assistant. This position combines reception, information, and public orientation missions with administrative missions related to human resources management, in support of the HR department. We are looking for a welcoming, organized, discreet, and versatile person with good interpersonal skills and who enjoys working in a team. Reception population: - reception of physical and telephone public - information - transfer to different services - civil status - cemetery management HR Assistant: - payroll - follow-up of absences - follow-up of training - follow-up of contractual files - follow-up of recruitment files Profile Sought Know-how - Sense of welcome, listening, and quality of contact with the public; - Professional discretion and respect for confidentiality, especially for HR files; - Rigor, organization, and ability to manage priorities; - Versatility, autonomy, and team spirit; - Adaptability and ease in exchanges with various interlocutors.
