Leem Pro Staffing, busca para su equipo de trabajo una Auxiliar de Recursos Humanos que cuente con las siguientes caracteristicas: Habilidades técnicas Conocimiento del mercado laboral: Estar al día de las tendencias del mercado laboral, los salarios y las demandas de las empresas. Reclutamiento: Dominar las técnicas de reclutamiento, como la búsqueda de candidatos en diferentes fuentes (redes sociales, bolsas de trabajo, etc.), la realización de entrevistas y la evaluación de candidatos. Redacción: Capacidad para redactar descripciones de puestos atractivos y correos electrónicos profesionales. Marketing: Conocimiento básico de marketing para promover los servicios de la agencia. Negociación: Habilidad para negociar acuerdos entre candidatos y clientes, asegurando que ambas partes estén satisfechas. Excelente comunicación: Capacidad para expresarse de manera clara y concisa tanto de forma oral como escrita. Esto es fundamental para interactuar con candidatos y clientes. Conocimientos basicos del idioma ingles. Disponibilidad de movilizacion entre tiendas.
