Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs, ensuring they have access to effective intervention strategies.

• Engage in regular consultation with interdisciplinary teams to create pre-crisis and crisis plans, develop behavioral guidelines, and conduct risk assessments.

• Utilize evidence-based screening tools as recommended by the clinical team, enhancing the accuracy and effectiveness of treatment protocols.

• Collaborate with program teams to design and implement positive behavior support plans that empower clients in achieving their personal goals.

• Maintain compliance with all licensing, accreditation, and regulatory standards while completing documentation accurately and on time.

• Act as a crucial liaison between clients and community service systems, state agencies, and other partners to ensure comprehensive care and support.

• Engage in ongoing learning and professional development activities, including attending conferences, workshops, and statewide meetings related to mental health practices.

• Advocate for the agency’s mission and values within the community and foster partnerships to secure additional resources and opportunities for clients.

• Complete any additional duties as determined by the Clinic Director and aligned with agency needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The LMHC will primarily work with diverse patients grappling with emotional health challenges, substance use issues, developmental disabilities, and those requiring support after acquired brain injuries. Qualifications\n
