Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients to identify mental health conditions, needs, and goals.

• Develop individualized treatment plans that cater specifically to the unique challenges and needs of each client.

• Provide individualized, one-on-one counseling sessions focused on coping strategies and therapeutic interventions.

• Monitor client progress regularly and adapt treatment plans based on evolving needs and outcomes.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of all client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes using electronic medical records (EMRs).

• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team of mental health professionals to ensure comprehensive care for every client.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
