Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)

We are seeking a dedicated and qualified Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications and skills:

Qualifications:

• LCSW certification required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is mandatory.
• Must be 5150 certified in California, with completion of a training program and passing an exam with a score of 80%.
• Prior experience with Dignity Health is required for consideration.
• Minimum of two supervisory references required at the time of application.
• References must include one from within the past 12 months and one from within the past three years.
• Must provide a copy of a government-issued ID at the time of submission, with the name matching the Pulse profile—no middle initials or names permitted.

Responsibilities:

The Licensed Clinical Social Worker will be responsible for various duties, including:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments for patients in need of mental health services.
• Developing and implementing treatment plans based on individual patient needs.
• Providing counseling and support to patients and their families.
• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver coordinated care.
• Documenting patient progress and treatment interventions within the Cerner charting system.

Work Environment:

This position is located in an acute care setting, requiring adaptability to various clinical situations. The unit offers a collaborative atmosphere with business casual attire, along with "Care Coordination" white lab coats provided.

Shift Information:

Shifts will be 8 hours during the day. The position may require flexibility in scheduling to meet patient needs.

Cancellation Policy:

Please note that the hospital reserves the right to cancel up to four shifts per 13-week assignment and up to three shifts for assignments that are shorter than 13 weeks.
