Lead Certified Medical Assistant - Urology

By establishing a lead medical assistant position specifically tailored to the needs of the urology specialty, we can assure that our clinic is staffed with professionals who possess the necessary knowledge, training, and experience to effectively support the medical team and deliver specialized care to patients.

The lead medical assistant will take charge of scheduling, triaging patient calls, coordinating procedures, and overseeing the day-to-day tasks of the medical assistant team. By providing leadership and supervision in these areas, the lead medical assistant will contribute to efficient clinic operations, reducing bottlenecks and improving productivity.

The compensation for this role includes a base pay range of $22.97 -24.57, with the actual pay determined by factors such as skills, experience, education, certifications, geographic location, and internal equity. Additional compensation may be available through shift differentials, bonuses, and other incentives. Base pay is only a portion of the total rewards package
