Bilingual Spanish candidate needed to fulfill an indefinite temporary office support role in a Claims Department. This role supports adjusters and the management team. Schedule medical appointments and create records/files, update "live" portal with all details. Update Claims information from reports and for State reporting.

Process payments, follow special handling directions, maintain claim processing (data entry), and procedure record keeping. This requires someone with superb attention to detail and very quick typing and data entry skills. File notices with State agencies.

• Intermediate level MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel skills)
• Touch typing at 45wpm or above accurately
• Intermediate Math skills
• Problem solving, analytical skills
• Good communication both verbally and written
• Ability to work independently and be a self-starter
• Medical claims terminology preferred
• 2 years of office support/administrative related to claims or Workers Compensation insurance
• BACHELORS DEGREE IN BUSINESS, FINANCE, MANAGEMENT, HEALTHCARE, LEADERSHIP, OR OFFICE ADMINISTRATION DESIRED.
• You need to reside in Southern California

Pass background check. Proof of degree is needed.

$21.00-$23.00 depending upon degree and experience. This is a long-term temporary spot and does not offer the ability to be hired as a regular employee. Work is at home and you will need to have a strong Internet connection. Position is offered through Barrington Staffing Services.
