What You'll Work On

What We're Looking For

• Track record delivering work in this industry / domain.
• Strong written and verbal communication · short, specific, kind.
• Comfort with ambiguity and a bias toward shipping.
• Curious about adjacent disciplines, not just the role itself.

• Background in scaling teams or systems through 10x growth.
