Payroll Specialist

Managing full end-to-end payroll processing support for multiple Managed Payroll customers, the full-time Payroll Specialist II will work remotely to ensure high client satisfaction, handle customer escalations, and configure Workday payroll components while meeting various deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Key responsibilities Act as named Specialist for Managed Payroll and support other OSV payroll customers as needed Manage daily case responses to meet service level agreements and resolve customer issues effectively Lead client calls and participate in new client transitions while troubleshooting payroll-related reports Required qualifications Associate's degree 3+ years of payroll experience involving end-to-end processing and troubleshooting 3+ years of customer experience or proven skills to operate at this level Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel Strong understanding of payroll taxes and compliance, including multi-jurisdiction tax and year-end support
