Based in Chicago with advisors across the U.S., we operate as a registered investment advisor (RIA).Your Future Team The Manager of M&A Integrations is a key member of the team responsible for ensuring that newly acquired Advisor practices experience a smooth, well-supported transition onto the Hightower platform. This role focuses on understanding each practice’s workflows, service model, and client experience so Advisors can quickly and confidently operate within a Hightower ecosystem.The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience in an Advisory practice within a Registered Investment Advisory (RIA) environment. They will be naturally curious, solutions-oriented, and comfortable navigating the nuances of Advisor operations. Their experience working directly with Advisors will help them anticipate challenges and design an onboarding experience that sets each practice up for long-term success.
