Requirements

• Obtain your Property & Casualty license within your first month (study materials provided at no cost).
• Work with qualified, warm leads , cool calling lists, or purchased leads.
• Handle high call volume to generate quotes and present customized insurance solutions.
• Build strong, long‑term client relationships rooted in trust and service.
• Identify cross‑sell opportunities across Auto, Home, Life, and Commercial lines.
• Maintain organized databases and follow‑up pipelines.
• Stay current on insurance products, offerings, and market trends.
• Collaborate with agency leadership and teammates to exceed sales goals.
• Commit to an in‑office Monday–Friday schedule .
