Catalyst Corporation is currently seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Marketing Coordinator Trainees in Oak Brook, IL .

This entry-level position is ideal for individuals interested in gaining hands-on experience in marketing, sales, customer engagement, and brand representation. Marketing Coordinator Trainees work directly with customers while supporting client campaigns and helping increase brand awareness.

Our team represents clients across several industries, including telecommunications, smart home services, and renewable energy.

What You’ll Do

• Engage directly with customers through face-to-face interactions
• Educate customers on client products, services, and current promotions
• Support marketing and customer acquisition campaigns
• Build positive relationships with customers
• Help increase brand awareness and customer engagement
• Generate leads and contribute to sales goals
• Represent client brands professionally
• Work alongside team members to achieve campaign goals
• Participate in ongoing product, sales, and marketing training

What We’re Looking For

• 0–1 year of marketing, sales, retail, or customer service experience is a plus, but not required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Friendly, outgoing, and professional personality
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Goal-oriented and self-motivated mindset
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
