We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated  Project Manager to lead our field operations, ensure job excellence, and drive team success.

Job Summary
The Project Manager will oversee all aspects of mold and water damage restoration projects from initial assessment through completion. This hands-on leadership role combines field work, project execution, team supervision, customer and insurance communication, estimating/sales, and operational management. The ideal candidate is a proven leader with deep industry knowledge, strong communication skills, and a commitment to professionalism. This position offers significant earning potential through base pay plus bonuses, with total compensation approaching or exceeding six figures for the right performer.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and perform hands-on restoration work in the field, including water extraction, structural drying, mold remediation, and related services.
• Oversee and take full responsibility for the outcome of all assigned jobs, ensuring they meet quality standards, timelines, and budgets.
• Manage and mentor field teams, providing guidance, training, and leadership to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality performance.
• Conduct job site assessments, prepare accurate estimates and quotes using  Xactimate software, and effectively sell/ close jobs with customers.
• Train and coach teammates on quoting, selling, and closing techniques to support business growth.
• Communicate professionally with customers, insurance adjusters, and insurance companies throughout the project lifecycle to build trust and facilitate approvals.
• Manage vehicle stocking, inventory control, vehicle maintenance schedules, and other operational logistics.
• Handle occasional out-of-town travel as needed (limited; we do not participate in storm chasing).
• Maintain strict adherence to safety protocols, industry standards, and company policies.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Minimum IICRC certifications required : Water Damage Restoration Technician ( WRT ), Applied Structural Drying Technician ( ASD ), and Applied Microbial Remediation Technician ( AMRT ). (Current and active certifications essential.)
• Preferred : 5+ years of recent, verifiable experience with a reputable mold and water restoration company.
• Proven proficiency in  Xactimate software for estimating, scoping, and documentation.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills; must be articulate, professional, presentable, and customer-focused.
• Demonstrated ability to quote, sell, and close restoration jobs confidently.
• Strong organizational skills with experience managing teams, schedules, inventory, and logistics.
• Clean driving record (required; will be verified).
• Must pass a thorough background check with  no criminal history and  no past or current drug use .
• Ability to work in physically demanding environments, including confined spaces and varying conditions.
• Reliable, self-motivated, and committed to delivering spotless results.
