Responsibilities include manufacturing and presenting hot & cold food products such as salads, sandwiches, pastas, appetizers, pizzas, weekly specials and sauté & grill items. Line cooks organize, clean, and maintain their work area. The role requires physical stamina, mental agility, and the ability to multi‑task in a fast‑paced environment.
