Head of Social & Influencer Marketing

THE ROLE You’ll own Poco Bero’s entire social presence — from strategy down to the caption. You’ll lead influencer relationships, manage our TikTok creator community, negotiate deals, and show up to photo shoots, pop-ups, and wherever else the brand needs energy. Inbound partnership opportunities land on your desk. So does the budget to act on them. WHAT YOU’LL DO Own all social channels — content calendar, creative direction, posting, and community engagement Lead influencer seeding and outreach — identify, pitch, and build lasting relationships Manage and grow our TikTok creator community — these people are our megaphone Negotiate one-off deals with larger influencers, with full autonomy to close Handle all inbound partnership and collaboration inquiries Be on the ground for photo shoots, pop-ups, and brand activations Manage a real budget and make real decisions with it — no hand-holding Track performance, report insights, and iterate until it works Own our e-mail marketing calendar and execution + Klaviyo experience a plus Produce video content to fill in content gabs where necessary (~10 posts/mo) WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR You live on social media — not just as a user, but as someone who gets how it works Strong understanding of Meta marketing (Instagram + Facebook ecosystems) Experience with influencer outreach, seeding, and deal negotiation Comfortable managing a budget and making spending calls independently A creative eye — you know what looks good and what performs A personality — you’re not just executing, you’re contributing to the brand voice Startup mindset — you adapt fast, don’t wait to be told, and don’t crack under ambiguity Strong written communication; charming in a DM, sharp in a pitch NICE TO HAVE TikTok Creator Ecosystem experience Basic photo / video editing skills Brand partnership or agency background Food & beverage industry experience Community management experience WHAT YOU GET Real creative freedom — your ideas actually ship Budget autonomy and direct decision-making power Ground-floor startup energy with zero red tape Direct access to leadership A fun, flexible environment where change is the only constant $65,000 – $96,000 depending on experience — we’re open to someone earlier in their career who is ready to take the bull by the horns, learn fast, and build something real Fearlessness is valued here — we want someone who makes moves, learns from mistakes, and keeps going #J-18808-Ljbffr Poco Bero
