Job Description: CoWorx is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Ecommerce Warehouse Lead to help with daily order fulfillment in the Somerset, NJ area! This is an entry-level role for someone with up to one year of experience who is ready to take on more responsibility, support a small team, and make sure orders are completed accurately and on time. Day Shift Monday to Friday Temp to Hire
Responsibilities:
- Follow company procedures for handling returns and damaged items
- Monitor inventory levels and report discrepancies or issues
- Ensure orders are fulfilled accurately, efficiently, and within service time goals
- Assist in coordinating daily warehouse activities, including picking, packing, and shipping
Desired Background/Skills:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Bilingual Spanish preferred
- 6 to 1 year of warehouse, retail, or e-commerce experience preferred
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Comfortable using basic computer systems or handheld scanners
