HR Solutions Coordinator

Job Overview Position: HR Solutions Coordinator Location: Indianapolis, IN. Associates are required to work in office 1–2 days per week; the remaining work is remote to support flexibility. Key Responsibilities Process and adjust HR records, balance activities, and maintain case files in the case management system. Support system changes and run / analyze HR reports. Answer associate and management inquiries related to HR benefits, payroll, and compliance through the HR Solutions Center. Serve as point of contact for compliance questions and elevate issues as needed. Minimum Requirements High‑school diploma or equivalent. Minimum one year of experience in payroll, tax, benefits, or customer service, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Preferred Skills, Capabilities, and Experiences Experience assisting customers via Live Chat. Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred. Workday experience strongly preferred. Work Environment Job level: Non‑Management, Non‑Exempt. Shift: 1st Shift.
