Qualifications

• Experience: 68 years of relevant experience in business analysis within financial services or technology domains.
• Capital Markets Expertise:
• Experience as a Business Analyst in Capital Markets with exposure to regulatory frameworks such as CCAR reporting, Basel, or similar compliance projects.
• Product Knowledge:
• Strong understanding of banking products such as Mortgages, Deposits, Trading, Securities, Debt, Derivatives, Margin, Collateral Management, Capital planning, RWA, and liquidity reporting
• Analyze and interpret balance sheet components and provide actionable insights.
• Strong data analysis skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, MS Project).
• Advanced SQL query skills for data extraction and analysis.
• Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and SharePoint.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with proven ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills; ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Self-motivated with a proactive approach to learning and problem-solving.
