Director of Operations

Reference: PR/603595_1790028788A rapidly growing manufacturing organization is seeking a Director of Operations to lead site operations, drive performance improvements, and help support continued expansion.Key Responsibilities:Provide strategic leadership across production, maintenance, quality, safety, and continuous improvement.Develop and mentor a high-performing operations team while fostering a culture of accountability and engagement.Drive cost reduction, productivity improvements, and operational excellence initiatives.Partner with executive leadership to support growth, capital projects, and long-term business objectives.Lead KPI management and execution across a fast-paced manufacturing environment.Qualifications:Experience leading operations within food & beverage, pet food, consumer products, packaging, chemicals, ingredients, or related manufacturing environments.Proven success driving operational improvements and leading large teams.Strong background in continuous improvement, employee development, and plant performance.Ability to influence at all levels of the organization and execute strategic initiatives.Highlights:High-impact leadership role with executive visibility.Significant growth and advancement potential.Opportunity to help shape the future of a rapidly expanding manufacturing operation.Competitive compensation, bonus, and relocation assistance available.
