Role Description This full‑time, on‑site Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) role is based in Georgia, United States. The BCBA will conduct functional behavior assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and design evidence‑based ABA programs for autistic individuals and others who benefit from behavior analytic services. Day‑to‑day responsibilities include supervising and training Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), monitoring treatment integrity, and analyzing data to make ongoing program adjustments. The BCBA will collaborate closely with families and caregivers to provide parent education, support generalization of skills, and promote meaningful outcomes across home, school, and community settings. The role also involves maintaining clinical documentation, adhering to ethical and regulatory standards, and partnering with Tellos’ support team to coordinate scheduling, reporting, and communication. Qualifications Behavior analysis and applied behavior analysis skills (Behavior Analysis, Applied Behavior Analysis) suitable for assessment, program development, and data‑driven decision‑making. Parent and caregiver education skills (Parent Education) to coach families in implementing strategies and supporting generalization of skills. Foundational knowledge in psychology and behavior management (Psychology, Behavior Management) to inform treatment planning and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams. Current BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB and eligibility to practice in Georgia, United States. Experience supervising RBTs or other direct care staff, including performance feedback, training, and competency evaluation. Ability to collect, interpret, and present behavioral data using digital tools and clinical documentation systems. Strong communication, collaboration, and problem‑solving skills, with a commitment to person‑centered, culturally responsive care.
