About the Position

LocumJobsOnline is working with Wellhart, LLC to find a qualified Oncology MD in Minneapolis, Minnesota, 55407!

Our client in Minnesota is seeking a skilled Physician specializing in Medical Oncology for a 60-day assignment beginning Aug 10, 2026. This role involves a Monday through Friday 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM schedule, supplemented by overnight and weekend call. The Physician will be responsible for leading the medical oncology team, supervising Advanced Practice Providers, and managing inpatient cases along with all new consults, ensuring comprehensive patient care.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Lead the medical oncology team.
• Supervise Advanced Practice Providers.
• See inpatient and all new consults.
• Manage medical oncology patients, including inpatient malignant medical oncology patients and all ranges of hematology consults.

Additional Information

• Board Certifications required in Hematology and Medical Oncology.
• EMR system utilized is Epic.
