About Rolling Suds

Rolling Suds is one of the largest power washing franchise organizations in the country, specializing in professional exterior cleaning for commercial properties, HOAs, condominiums, apartment communities, shopping centers and residential customers.

We're expanding across Broward and Palm Beach Counties and looking for an energetic, self-motivated Outside Sales Representative to grow our commercial business.

We already have the trucks, crews, equipment, customers and operational support in place. We need someone who can get out into the market, build relationships and generate new business.

Who We're Looking For

We're looking for a hunter, not someone who wants to sit behind a desk waiting for leads.

The ideal candidate is outgoing, confident, competitive and genuinely enjoys meeting new people. You're comfortable walking into businesses unannounced, starting conversations, handling rejection and turning introductions into opportunities.

Power washing experience is not required. We can teach you our services and estimating process. What we're looking for is natural energy, drive, persistence and a strong work ethic. This position is best suited for someone who is hungry to prove themselves and build a sales career through hands-on prospecting and relationship development. We're not looking for a seasoned sales executive seeking a management position, a large guaranteed salary or an established territory to inherit. We're looking for someone who is excited to be in the field every day, creating opportunities and building their own success.

Responsibilities

• Conduct approximately 40 commercial property visits per week to identify decision makers and generate opportunities.

• Build relationships with property managers, HOAs, condominium associations, apartment communities and commercial property owners.

• Consistently follow up with prospects and maintain an active sales pipeline.

• Prepare professional estimates and work toward weekly sales targets.

• Meet with incoming residential leads, assess their needs and close sales.

• Track sales activity, estimates and follow-ups in our CRM.

• Attend networking events, host Lunch & Learns and develop referral partnerships.

• Coordinate with our operations team to ensure a smooth transition from sale to service.

Compensation & Benefits

• $36,000 annual base salary plus uncapped commissions.

• $115,000 on-target annual earnings at 100% of sales quota.
  
  
• Approximately 70% of total compensation is performance-based through commissions and bonuses at target.

• First-year sales quota of $700,000, with additional earning potential for exceeding goals.

• Guaranteed minimum compensation of $17,000 during the first three months while building your pipeline.

Qualifications

• Outside sales or business development experience preferred, but not required.

• Outgoing, confident personality with strong communication skills.

• Self-motivated, organized and comfortable working independently.

• Willingness to prospect daily, handle rejection and follow up consistently.

• Comfortable using CRM and other business software.

• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
