Lead Maintenance Supervisor - On-Call, High-Rise Property

Indigo Real Estate is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor who is organized, energetic, and dedicated to customer service. You will oversee maintenance of property interiors and exteriors, manage bids, schedules, and vendor relationships, and ensure safety and quality standards. The role requires standing, lifting, occasional on-call emergencies, and weekend/holiday work.
