Job Summary:
Intermediate Care Unit (IMCU) registered nurses are needed in a community hospital located in Lake Havasu City. This position involves providing specialized patient care within a fast-paced environment that features adult and geriatric populations, including cardiac and respiratory conditions. The care team works closely to deliver high-quality treatment in a Joint Commission Accredited facility.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Days shift, 12-hour shifts, with a minimum of 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Current State License, 2 years recent acute care experience, IMCU or similar unit experience preferred
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience with STEMI, NSTEMI, CHF, COPD, Sepsis, CABG, Acute Respiratory Failure, Atrial Fibrillation with RVR, ALIF, EXLIF, and telemetry monitoring
• Float: Float rotation may be required
• Additional Information: Must start no later than 11/29/2026. Candidates must have travel experience. The unit handles adult and geriatric patients, including high-acuity cases such as heart failure, cardiac intervention post-CABG, and respiratory failure. The position requires reporting within 30 minutes when on call. Scrub attire is acceptable in any color, and no specific dress code restrictions are noted.
