Litigation Paralegal (Personal Injury)

We are a nationally recognized civil litigation firm with a growing personal injury practice, now welcoming a new team member into our beautiful, newly built office space in Manhattan. About the Role We're looking for an experienced Paralegal who thrives in a fast-paced civil litigation environment and brings a strong background in personal injury law. This is a fully in-office position. You'll play a central role in moving cases forward, from intake through discovery to trial prep, working directly with attorneys, investigators, clients, opposing counsel, and the court. What You'll Do Draft pleadings and court filings Manage extensive, high-touch client communication Prepare discovery requests and responses Assist with intake calls from potential clients Coordinate directly with judges and opposing counsel Partner with investigators and attorneys on intake tracking, case evaluation, and sign-up decisions Support hearing and trial preparation, e-filing, and calendar management What You Bring 5+ years of civil litigation experience, including drafting motions, preparing discovery, reviewing records, scheduling, e-filing, and hearing/trial preparation Prior experience in a personal injury law office Skilled legal calendaring Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong client relations and interpersonal skills Highly organized, with sharp attention to detail Tech-savvy, proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel, and comfortable in legal case management software Salary: $85,000–$105,000, commensurate with experience 100% employer-paid medical, dental, and vision coverage Group Term Life and AD&D insurance Long-Term Disability coverage Generous 401(k) match Competitive Time Off Modern office space in Manhattan We are an equal opportunity employer and are committed to building a diverse, inclusive team.
