Accountant

Are you a detail-oriented accounting professional ready to bring your expertise to a dynamic team? We are seeking a skilled financial specialist for a 6-month contract to manage bank, general ledger, and credit card reconciliations, assist with AP/AR invoice discrepancies, and support our Controller with month-end close and internal financial reporting. If you thrive in fast-paced environments and have proven hands-on experience using both SAP and Microsoft Excel, this is the perfect opportunity to make an immediate impact.

salary: $25 - $30 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM
education: Bachelors

Responsibilities

• Perform regular bank and general ledger reconciliations along with credit card reconciliations.
• Working knowledge of accounts payables/receivables and be able to assist with invoice discrepencies.
• Assist the controller with month-end close and help prep financial statement for internal reporting
• Must have work exerperience using SAP and microsoft excel

• Month-End Close (3 years of experience is required)
• Financial Statements (3 years of experience is required)
• SAP (3 years of experience is preferred)
• General Ledger (3 years of experience is required)
• Reconciliation (3 years of experience is required)
• Excel Pivot Tables (3 years of experience is preferred)
