About the Role

The Company is seeking a VP & General Manager for its fertilizer business unit. The successful candidate will be a commercially driven leader with over 20 years of experience in fertilizer, crop nutrition, agricultural inputs, specialty chemicals, or related industries. This executive will be responsible for developing and executing the long-term commercial and business strategy for the fertilizer platform, with a focus on revenue growth, commercial performance, and profitability. Key responsibilities include market development, commercial execution, and infrastructure project commercial integration. The role demands a hands-on, entrepreneurial approach, and the ability to build and lead a high-performing commercial organization. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of fertilizer markets, distribution channels, pricing strategies, and customer economics. They should be adept at negotiating complex commercial agreements and have a proven track record of P&L accountability. A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required, with an MBA being preferred. The role also requires strong financial acumen, the ability to partner across various teams, and a commitment to regulatory compliance and quality standards. The VP & General Manager will be expected to foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement, and to ensure that all commercial activities align with the company's growth objectives and support regional agricultural infrastructure deployments.
