Product Advisor III

As a Product Advisor III within the Treasury Management organization, you will be based in one of our U.S. office locations: Cincinnati, OH; Cleveland, OH; Pittsburgh, PA; Philadelphia, PA; Houston, TX; Dallas, TX; Denver, CO; Chicago, IL; Charlotte, NC; or Raleigh, NC. Your role will involve acting as a strategic advisor to clients on their digital transformation journeys, focusing on order‑to‑cash, procure‑to‑pay, and working capital optimization. Job Description Consult with clients to assess business needs and recommend solutions that transform the operating cycle, integrating our treasury management platform from concept to implementation. Support sales teams in developing complex sales opportunities, providing tools, proposals, presentations, and closing support. Diagnose clients’ current business situation through data gathering, interviews, research, and modeling. Leverage deep knowledge of PNC capabilities to design solutions compatible with client systems and technologies. Serve as liaison between clients and the Implementation team, and provide internal teams with customer perspective on product enhancements. Act as a subject‑matter expert and advocate for PNC products, both internally and externally. Represent the voice of the customer to product, go‑to‑market, and client‑support teams. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or related field. 8+ years of relevant industry experience, including senior sales or consulting roles. Strong problem‑solving, communication, and presentation skills. Proficiency in order‑to‑cash and procure‑to‑pay processes. Ability to collaborate across sales, product, and implementation teams. Preferred Skills Competitive strategy, competitor analysis, and go‑to‑market strategy. New product development, process design, and product lifecycle management. Sales enablement, storyboarding, user research, and value selling. Competencies Decision making and critical thinking. Effective communication. Financial services industry knowledge. Influencing and negotiation. Knowledge of product line and sales closing. Solution development and customer focus. Paid time off includes up to 11 paid holidays, 9 occasional absence days, 15‑25 vacation days per year, and parental leave. Pay Transparency Base salary range: $80,000 – $207,000.
