Responsibilities

This is a full-time on-site role for a Service Manager at H & H MECHANICAL INC located in Austell, GA.

• Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the service department
• Managing a team of technicians
• Assisting dispatcher in coordinating service calls
• Ensuring customer satisfaction
• Maintaining inventory
• Tracking service performance metrics, and implementing process improvements
• Resolving customer concerns and complaints in a timely, efficient and cost effective manner
• Order parts and equipment as needed
• Maintaining and improving leadership skills via self-study, seminars, etc
• Training designated employees in proper procedures, practices, and promotion of H & H Mechanical
• Working with suppliers and vendors on pricing, performance, reliability, and availability
• Implementing quality control procedures for the HVAC Service Team to ensure optimal customer service, efficient use of equipment and time, and meeting departmental strategic and budgetary goals
• Develops individuals for future advancement
• This position manages all employees of the department and is responsible for leadership, performance management and hiring of the employees within its department
• This is a full-time position and hours of work and days are Monday through Friday 8:00am to 5pm
• Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand
• Travel is primarily locally during the business day, although some out of the area travel and overnight may be expected Job Type: Full-time
