As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be a strategic partner in building high‑performing teams, ensuring every candidate and hiring manager experience reflects our values and commitment to excellence. Primary Responsibilities Full‑cycle recruitment: manage the end‑to‑end hiring process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and presenting candidates. Strategic sourcing: utilize job boards, social media, referral networks, and creative strategies to identify and attract top talent. Candidate experience: deliver a positive and professional experience, ensuring timely communication and feedback. Stakeholder collaboration: partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, develop job descriptions, and create effective recruitment strategies. Talent Acquisition Team collaboration: participate in brainstorming activities focused on strategic improvements that increase efficiency and market reach. Employer branding: promote the company’s culture and values through recruitment marketing and engagement initiatives. Applicant Tracking System management: proficiently manage and leverage the ATS to streamline recruitment, maintain data accuracy, and optimize candidate sourcing, screening, and tracking. Data‑driven decisions: track and analyze recruitment metrics to improve processes and align with organizational goals. Compliance: maintain adherence to employment laws, regulations, and internal policies throughout the hiring process. Essential Characteristics High degree of professionalism, confidentiality, and ethical conduct. Effective communication and interaction with individuals at all levels. In‑depth knowledge of Renaissance Financial’s history, mission, and goals. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines. Internal motivation and drive to exceed hiring metric expectations and enhance candidate experience. Highly organized and detail‑oriented. Adaptability and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment. Passion for connecting people with opportunities. Education, Training & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience). 2+ years in talent acquisition or recruiting (preferred). Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders. Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software. Knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment best practices. Computer Equipment and Software Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint) Recruiting platforms: LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Handshake, Internal job board (UKG), and other online platforms as needed. Working Conditions Business‑professional office environment. 40‑hour work week. Occasional travel. Commitment to providing an accessible work environment.
