Why This Opportunity Stands Out Opportunity to join a well-established global organization with a strong market presence Highly visible role supporting executive leadership and key business stakeholders Lead a team responsible for financial planning, forecasting, and strategic analysis Broad exposure to budgeting, long-range planning, operational finance, and investment evaluations Ability to influence business decisions and corporate strategy Collaborative culture focused on innovation, continuous improvement, and professional growth What You'll Do Lead financial planning, forecasting, and performance analysis efforts across multiple business functions Provide financial insights and recommendations to support strategic business decisions and growth initiatives Develop and enhance financial models used for budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning Analyze financial performance, identify trends, and communicate risks and opportunities to leadership Partner with operational leaders to improve business performance and resource allocation Oversee preparation of management reporting packages, presentations, and executive-level analyses Drive annual budgeting and periodic forecasting processes Mentor, develop, and lead a team of finance professionals to ensure accurate and timely deliverables Support the evaluation of capital investments, business initiatives, and operational improvement opportunities Promote best practices, process improvements, and a strong control environment throughout the finance organization Collaborate with accounting, operations, sales, and senior leadership teams to achieve business objectives What They're Looking For Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field 7+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, corporate finance, strategic finance, or related areas Prior experience leading or managing a finance team Strong background in budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and business analysis Ability to interpret complex financial data and translate findings into actionable business recommendations Advanced Excel skills and strong proficiency with financial and reporting systems Experience working with ERP, business intelligence, or financial planning platforms Proven leadership experience with a track record of developing teams and driving results #J-18808-Ljbffr
