Securities Litigation Attorney

Our client is a national law firm focused on complex class action litigation is seeking an experienced attorney to join its Securities Practice Group in its Midtown Manhattan office.Position OverviewThe Securities Litigation Associate will play an integral role in litigating complex securities matters and will be responsible for handling all aspects of litigation, from discovery through pre-trial practice. The ideal candidate will have at least three (3) years of litigation experience, with securities litigation experience strongly preferred.Key ResponsibilitiesLitigate complex securities and class action matters.Manage and participate in all aspects of discovery.Conduct and defend depositions.Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery requests and responses, and other litigation documents.Conduct comprehensive legal research and develop effective legal strategies.Assist with all aspects of pre-trial practice and trial preparation.Collaborate with attorneys and other members of the Securities Practice Group.Qualifications & Requirements
