HVAC Technician

Pearce is seeking Experienced HVAC Technicians to join our team for servicing and repairing commercial HVAC equipment on telecom shelters located on Cell Tower sites. This is a fast-paced and rewarding job that is best suited for individuals who are responsible, self-directed, highly motivated, willing to travel, and looking to learn and grow in the Telecom industry. Conducting performance checks and regular maintenance on HVAC equipment. Performing additional maintenance or upgrades to out-of-season HVAC equipment. Responding to service calls in a timely manner, including emergency call out services. Must be Level 2 or Universal EPA Certified (Required) . ~3+ years of experience with HVAC maintenance (commercial preferred). ~ Basic knowledge of electronic, mechanical, and electrical components including refrigeration systems is preferred. ~ Must be available for after-hours and weekend call outs on occasion. Extensive daily travel in an independent work structure. Occasional overnights required-company pays all travel costs and provides per diem. Driving to remote work sites as needed. Be exposed to ambient temperatures while working outdoors. Lift and move equipment as needed (up to 50 pounds). Compensation: $30.00-$38.00 hourly/DOE In addition to wages, employees may also be eligible for performance and referral bonuses, production incentives, tool/equipment and fuel stipends, company vehicle, per diem or other applicable compensation.
