Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage an individualized caseload of clients, fostering positive relationships while adhering to professional ethics and boundaries.

• Conduct regular sessions to monitor client progress, discuss upcoming appointments, and facilitate timely discharge when appropriate.

• Collaborate with clients to develop, implement, and monitor personalized treatment plans that are responsive to their unique needs.

• Maintain thorough and up-to-date documentation, including progress notes and treatment plans, ensuring compliance with best practices and regulatory standards.

• Carry out initial intake assessments to identify client needs and establish appropriate therapeutic pathways.

• Participate actively in individual supervision and peer collaboration, utilizing feedback to enhance personal and professional development.

• Engage with a multidisciplinary team, coordinating care and sharing insights to ensure clients receive holistic support.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field.

• Current and unrestricted Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) status.

• Proficiency in utilizing technology, including Excel, RMS systems, Outlook, and PIMSY for effective client management and documentation.

• A strong background in providing direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families, with a focus on evidence-based practices.
