Accounts Receivable Specialist

LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnered with a corporation in Mesa, AZ that is looking for an Accounts Receivable Specialist to join their team. This is a full-time onsite position. This is a Monday through Friday $25.00-$28.00 per hour depending on prior experience. The Accounts Receivable Specialist is responsible for managing business customer invoicing, payment application, and account reconciliation to ensure timely and accurate collection of receivables. Job Responsibilities Prepare, review, and issue customer invoices accurately and on time Apply business accountpayments including checks, ACH, wires, and credit cards Maintain and manage accounts receivable aging reports Research and resolve billing discrepanciesand deductions Communicate with vendors regarding invoices, payment status, and account inquiries Send statements on-time and resend via email or through portal Assist with light collections and follow up on past-due accounts Process credit memos, adjustments, and account corrections Reconcile customer accounts and ensure accuracy of AR records Support month-end close activities related to accounts receivable Collaborate with internal departments includingsales, customer service, and accounting teams to resolve issues Perform additional accounting or administrative duties as assigned Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; 2+ years of recent accounts receivable or billing/collections experience Strong attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel Experience with accounting or ERP systems Excellent organizational, time-management, and communication skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Pay Details: $25.00 to $28.00 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
