MORTGAGE ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE / SALES COORDINATOR
\nNationwide Equities Corporation | Park Ridge, NJ
\n \nNationwide Equities Corporation is expanding our Reverse Mortgage Wholesale Division and looking for an experienced mortgage professional who knows how to build relationships, generate business, and produce results.
\nThis is an opportunity to join an established platform and build a high-revenue, long-term residual income portfolio with strong operational and underwriting support behind you.
\n \nWhat You’ll Do
\n- \n
- Develop and grow relationships with mortgage brokers \n
- Build and manage your own book of business \n
- Identify new accounts and business opportunities \n
- Educate brokers on Reverse Mortgage products and programs \n
- Help structure transactions and overcome obstacles \n
- Partner with Operations to move loans from submission to closing \n
- Grow production, revenue and long-term broker relationships \n
What We’re Looking For
\n✓ 5+ years mortgage industry experience
\n✓ Proven mortgage sales and/or Account Executive experience
\n✓ Strong broker relationship-building skills
\n✓ Sales-driven, competitive and motivated to grow
\n✓ Excellent communication and follow-through
\n✓ Reverse Mortgage experience highly desirable
\n✓ Mortgage processing experience is a plus
