You will reimagine DTC for the future and you will aggressively pursue and execute across new & emerging digital marketplaces to create new commercial opportunities. You will be responsible for maximizing investment productivity and return across all media and performance marketing investments to drive consumer engagement, acquisition and lifetime value. You will create, secure and develop the tools needed to measure, analyze, report out and democratize the data used to continuously optimize our investments and strategies. You are a leader that is digitally fluent across all platforms, a business leader with strong P&L acumen and a strategist who can work cross-functionally to fuel growth across multiple categories and business segments with innovative and measurable media investments.**What You're Good At:*** Own the vision and execution for DTC and Social commerce, media strategy/planning across the full funnel, our creator network, marketing data and analytics and customer care.* You will build and drive creative and strategic integration across the marketing functions and with commercial leadership by building strong partnerships with key executives.* Oversee and pioneer emerging digital and social commerce, starting with but limited to TikTok Shop. You will find and exploit new sources of revenue growth developing and employing an aggressive test and learn strategy.* Own full-funnel media strategy, planning, spend and measurement for all functions. Maintain an enterprise view of investment strategy, return on investment, and use data/analytics to adjust strategy and deployment of capital as needed to maximize return and hit KPIs. Build a test-and-learn agenda and mentality for the team. Try, succeed, repeat.* Take our DTC business and offense to the next level. Leverage customer data to craft high-impact growth strategies across all parts of the funnel (acquire/convert/retain/refer). Drive acquisition and top-line growth using integrated and unified performance marketing (SEO/SEM/affiliate/paid). Work with cross-functional partners to elevate and update the DTC experience to make it the “best of” Nutrabolt across design, product and service.* Partner closely with all key finance, marketing, analytics and commercial stakeholders to build an aligned growth agenda, from digital presence to media investments. Drive an investor mentality, owning marketing spend & return for key channels.* Be an empathetic, inspirational and thoughtful leader of people who operate with their teams best interests in mind.* Be an effective coach and developer of talent, who is constantly working to empower their teams to do their best work and enabling them with the skills, resources and guidance the need to reach their potential**What You Contribute:*** 15+ years’ experience in some combination of performance marketing, digital platform/P&L management, media and eCommerce.* 10+ years experience building and leading high-performance teams within analytics/insights function that develop strong partnerships with stakeholders.* Knowledge of how to build and scale a DTC business; UX/CX, Loyalty, Customer Acquisition/retention, sales and P&L, product experiences, SEO, performance marketing, customer care* Experience leading an integrated media team, providing thought leadership/vision/direction, driving an enterprise approach to media buying/planning and analysis, building & managing internal and external (agency) partnerships.* Strong strategic acumen extending beyond the role. Must have an enterprise mindset that looks across the entire business – brand/product/analytics/commercial – and is able to identify growth opportunities both within and outside their organization.* Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to partner, communicate and influence effectively across multiple departments and levels of seniority, up through the ELT and CEO* Must be a proven people leader. You thrive on growing and developing winning teams. Must be a proven collaborator – you strive to win as a team.
