ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in 2025 and currently lead a growing team of three. Before becoming an agent with State Farm, I earned a degree in chemical engineering and later completed my MBA in finance. My background includes sales roles with Boeing as well as software sales during the COVID era, giving me a strong foundation in communication, strategy, and relationship-building.

I attended the University of Washington for undergrad and am married with three kids. I live close to the agency and am very passionate about staying involved in the local community and building meaningful relationships where we live and work.

Community involvement is a major part of our agency culture. We partner with local nonprofits, sponsor local sports teams, and encourage our team to stay active in community events and volunteer opportunities. I always make it a priority to recognize and highlight team members who give back.

As Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for Tyler Volk - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide information about insurance products and services.
• Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
