Employment Attorney

Our client is seeking an Employment Associate Attorney to join the highly regarded Employment Group in their Boston office. This is an exciting opportunity to work within a nationally recognized Employment practice and take on a role in sophisticated matters from day one. The employment practice group services major global corporations and financial institutions across employment-related issues in the United States and internationally. Responsibilities Advise clients on a wide range of labor and employment matters, including compliance, workplace policies, employee relations, and risk management. Handle employment-related disputes, including litigation and arbitration matters. Draft and negotiate employment agreements, separation agreements, and restrictive covenant agreements. Provide strategic counseling in connection with corporate transactions, including employment diligence and related advisory work. Conduct legal research and prepare memoranda, motions, and other legal documents. Collaborate closely with partners and other practice groups to deliver practical, business-focused solutions. Qualifications JD (2019–2022) from an accredited law school. Admission to practice in Massachusetts (or eligibility for prompt admission). Experience in labor and employment law required. Open to candidates with transactional experience as well. Strong academic credentials and excellent drafting skills.
