Join Our Leadership Team as a Sales Supervisor! About the Role Are you a driven sales professional with a passion for leadership and team development? We’re looking for a dynamic, "player-coach" Sales Supervisor to guide our growing sales force while actively driving revenue. At WCC Business Solutions, you will not only manage your own sales pipeline but also mentor our Business Technology Consultants (BTCs) and Business Development Representatives (BDRs), helping them achieve their highest potential and expand our impact across the Tampa Bay area. What You’ll Do Drive Revenue & Lead by Example: Achieve and exceed your own personal sales quota while maintaining high standards of professionalism and integrity. Team Supervision & Mentorship: Provide direct supervision, oversight, and daily support to existing and new sales team members. Campaign Management: Strategize, manage, and execute targeted sales blitzes and outreach campaigns to drive pipeline growth. Field Support & Deal Strategy: Accompany sales representatives on client meetings and appointments, providing on-the-spot coaching, demonstrating hardware/software solutions, and assisting in the generation of tailored proposals. Performance Tracking: Conduct structured weekly and quarterly 1-on-1 reviews with reps to set goals, analyze CRM data, and identify areas for professional development. Contest Administration: Manage and track monthly and quarterly sales contests to keep the team motivated, energized, and focused on key objectives. Contract Administration: Execute and oversee the administrative workflow surrounding the creation of accurate contract documents. What You Bring 3 to 5+ years of successful B2B sales experience, preferably in technology, office solutions, or related fields, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas. Prior leadership, mentoring, or senior team‑lead experience is highly preferred. A strategic mindset for planning sales approaches, forecasting, and running effective blitz campaigns. Strong administrative skills with acute attention to detail, specifically regarding contract creation and CRM management. Exceptional interpersonal and coaching skills, with the ability to influence, motivate, and develop a diverse sales team. The ability to seamlessly balance managing and supporting a team with closing your own personal sales opportunities.
