Property Admin

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a detail-oriented Property Administrator to support the management of industrial properties across the NJ area. Responsibilities include tracking Certificates of Insurance (COIs), processing invoices, preparing contracts and maintaining accurate records using Nexus, Yardi, MRI, and other client systems. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and can effectively manage high volumes of administrative tasks. Strong organizational skills and a proactive approach are essential to succeed in this dynamic team. This role requires to be on site 4x a week in Iselin and will report into the Managing Director.

Required Skills & Experience

Interest in working in real estate management
0-2 years of professional experience in an administrative / clerical role
Excellent communication and professionalism


Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Proficiency in Nexus and/or Yardi software
Familiarity with commercial real estate and property management
