Commercial Insurance Account Manager

We are hiring a Commercial Insurance Account Manager to run an established commercial book and grow into agency leadership. We need someone who already thinks like a commercial leader: protects and grows the book, advises business owners, works markets with judgment, and is ready to take on management responsibility. What you will do Lead the service, retention, and growth of a commercial book Own renewals, mid-term strategy, and client relationships Market accounts and recommend coverage with a principal-level eye Be a face of Jones Insurance with commercial clients across South Louisiana Grow into leadership: help set standards, develop the team, and prepare for management What we need Active Louisiana Property & Casualty license 5+ years running commercial accounts, ideally a senior book you owned end to end Proven judgment with business owners in person—not just quoting and certificates Ambition, drive, and organizational skills What we offer Competitive salary plus commission Paid time off and holidays Licensing, E&O, and continuing education paid by the agency A real path into leadership at a long-standing, local independent agency This is an in-office role at our Thibodaux office.
