The Restaurant Manager role at Waffle House in Phoenix Metropolitan Area in AZ is a full-time, on-site position overseeing daily restaurant operations. Responsibilities include leading Associates during each shift, ensuring high standards for food quality, cleanliness, and safety, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere for Customers at all hours. The manager is expected to monitor service levels, resolve guest concerns promptly, and support a culture of hospitality and teamwork. This role also involves scheduling staff, managing inventory, assisting with hiring and onboarding, and helping meet financial and operational goals. The Restaurant Manager collaborates with leadership to implement company policies, support training initiatives, and uphold Waffle House's mission of serving great food and caring for people. Qualifications Strong focus on Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service to ensure a positive guest experience. Experience with Hiring and team leadership to build and develop a high-performing staff. Effective Communication skills for interacting with Customers, Associates, and management. Knowledge of Food & Beverage operations, including food safety, quality standards, and basic restaurant procedures. Previous experience in restaurant or hospitality management is highly preferred. Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, late nights, weekends, and holidays. Proven skills in problem-solving, time management, and handling high-volume, fast-paced environments.
