As a Recruiter at Ledcor, you bring an expert sourcing mindset to every search. You will lead full‑cycle recruitment across both high‑volume craft and salaried roles, with a strong focus on proactively identifying, engaging, attracting and converting top talent to hires within a highly competitive labour market. This is a forward‑looking role, not reactive, where you excel at building talent pipelines ahead of demand and uncovering high‑potential talent others overlook. Essential Responsibilities Actively engage in the external labour market to identify and connect with potential candidates Build and execute sourcing strategies to develop strong pipelines across high‑volume and salaried roles Own full‑cycle recruitment (posting through offer) to deliver timely, high‑quality hires Partner with Hiring Managers to scope roles, define hiring plans, and align on sourcing and assessment strategies Assess candidates for skills, experience, and long‑term fit with business needs Maintain accurate data and reporting in Workday while ensuring compliance and hiring momentum Qualifications 4+ years of full‑cycle recruitment experience in a fast‑paced, operations‑driven environment Proven ability to proactively source and build strong talent pipelines across multiple channels Strong communication and influencing skills, with the ability to partner effectively with stakeholders at all levels Advanced behavioural interviewing and candidate assessment skills Highly organized with the ability to manage competing priorities in a high‑volume environment Work Conditions Hybrid work environment – 2+ days in the office Additional Information The Ledcor Group of Companies is one of North America’s most diversified construction companies.
